Is it necessary to have an Account to place an Order?
No, you don’t require an account to place an order on our website but if you create your account so, you can view your order status, Invoices, manage your shipping & billing address and edit your password and account details.
How do I make an Account?
To create an account, go to my account, enter your email address and click Register. You will receive an email to set your password. One you set your password, your account will be created. Now you can use your email I.D & Password to login your account.
What is the estimated time of delivery of order?
Order received before 05:00 PM will be delivered within 24 hours, order received after 05:00 PM will be considered as next working day Order & will be delivered within 36 hours.
What are the mode of payments?
There are two modes of payment. Cash on Delivery & Bank Transfer. Details mentioned on Payment Methods page.
Can we exchange the product if size in accurate?
Yes, product will be exchange if there is difference in size or product is defected or wrong. Product should be in an unused condition and purchase Invoice required along with the product. Items bought on Discount cannot be exchanged. More details mentioned in Exchange Policy on Customer Support page .
