Shipping & Handling

Once you place an order, you will receive a verification email or SMS (text/Whatsapp) from our Customer Service Department to ensure order confirmation and accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be dispatch to your given address.

  1. Order received before 05:00 PM will be delivered within 24 hours.
  2. Order received after 05:00 PM will be considered as next working day Order & will be delivered within 36 hours.
  3. Order can be given to student in school on instruction of parents to our Customer Service Department via Call, SMS (text/Whatsapp).
  4. Delivery charges are Rs. 200 flat. There is no any other hidden charges.
  5. Order below Rs. 2,000 will not be shipped and directly given to the student in school on next working day.
  6. Saturday & Sunday will be considered as non working days.

Exchange Policy

To process your exchange, you must visit or contact our customer service department with images of the defected or wrong product at customercare@shop.avalon.edu.pk or call us +92 306 4672061 within 3 days of receiving your order. For processing exchange, please note that the product should be in an unused condition & we also require the Purchase Invoice along with the product.


Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
Items bought on Discount cannot be exchanged.


Delivery boy will give the new product and take back the previous one if all above conditions are full filled OR Parents or their Child can directly visit our Customer Service Department at Valencia Campus between 05:00 PM to 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday for Exchange.

Refund & Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. If you have paid for the order online and later you cancel the order before it is processed, then your money will be refunded to you within 10 days. Otherwise, we have a “No Refund Policy”.

If you cancel the order, once it is shipped, then ‘Exchange Policy’ will be apply.

Avalon High may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: pricing errors or credit card payment has been declined by the issuing financial institution.
